Out There Terms of Service
1. Service description
Out There is an iOS app that helps you observe the real world each day and record it with a photo. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
The App does not require an account and has no account system. Your data is stored only on your device.
3. Subscriptions and lifetime purchases
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel them in your Apple device Settings or in the App Store, and you can keep using the service until the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.
4. Submissions and permissions
You send submissions through the system mail composer by choice. Before sending, you can choose whether a work may be published with credit, published anonymously, or used in a future in-person exhibition. We use the work only within the permissions you selected. You may contact bellyhole@icloud.com to withdraw an unused permission or request deletion of a submission. You retain ownership of your work.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App lawfully and not to use it for any illegal activity.
6. Intellectual property
The App and its content (including the interface, theme text, images, sounds, and branding) are the property of the developer. Photos you take belong to you.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the App.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
